Kundalini Reiki
Energy Healing
A reiki energy healing session focuses on harmonizing your body's energy flow, and promoting relaxation and inner peace. Kundalini reiki is one of the most efficient forms of energy healing, and can be used to relive general stress and anxiety, or to target specific physical or emotional health conditions.
Kundalini reiki can be received in person at Wessex Health, Christchurch, or remotely in the comfort of your own home. Sessions include meditation and breath work, and last 45-60minutes.
