Hello everybody and welcome to Gemini season!

If May was a bit rough, June should be better 🙏helping us join the dots and find clarity on areas of confusion. In her Moonology diary, Yasmin Boland states "Some months just have extra power, and this is one of them...don't be surprised if your life feels like it's changing". Are you excited?? I blooming well am! 😀

It is a month to believe in your power and express gratitude for all that you have.

What I got up to last month...

During the latter part of May, I was focused on raising my vibration and 'feeling better'. You may have seen the 21 Day Mirror Affirmation Challenge I posted on Facebook. If you haven't, check it out. It is super easy and so powerful! The affirmation I decided upon was "I am the lead a character of my life" - I wanted to regain control and I have become super assertive and decisive as a result 😬😆

What to look out for this month...

I am all about reiki this month. I am blessed that a few of you come and see me for reiki regularly at Wessex Health - it is such a privilege to share that healing space with you. If you haven't tried it yet, do consider giving it a go...i promise you you will leave feeling relaxed and revived, and hopefully in good mental and physical health. For those of you who live further afield, I also offer remote reiki. If you have any questions about reiki, or would like to book, please do get in touch.
